REPLACEMENT PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION FORM


The Exchanger and the QI executed an exchange agreement on .
The Exchanger represents that the Relinquished Property was transferred from Exchanger on

It is understood that Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, provides
that in order to complete a tax deferred exchange, the property to be acquired must be identified
no later than midnight of the forty fifth day after the Transfer Date. Therefore, the following
property is hereby identified as the Replacement Property(ies) (as defined in the Exchange
Agreement):

Do not identify more than three potential replacement properties without consultation with a tax professional. Buying from a related party is not allowed.

It is understood that if the Replacement Property(ies) designated above is not ultimately acquired by the earlier of (i) midnight of the day which is one hundred eighty (180) days after
the transfer date, or (ii) the extended due date of the Exchanger's tax return for the year in which
the transfer date occurred, Exchanger may not receive the favorable tax treatment provided by
Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.
