If you want a surprise tax bill, and ask yourself why would I go through the hassle of a 1031 if your gains aren't deferred...use this company. They did not explain trading down clearly, and never corrected me when I explained our goal ( and the ONLY reason one would do an 1031) to find when taxes were due they screwed us. We had to scrambled to come up with $100k +, not stressful at all... They rush the process and make money with quantity not quality. They are the experts and do this daily, it is up to them to provide sound advice. We did not get that.Posted on Google
