Important: Our exchange administration services operate under separate, enhanced security protocols appropriate for financial services, including additional controls for fund transfers, document handling, and client data protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

8. Fraud Prevention Notice

1031X will never request wire transfer instructions, banking information, or changes to payment details via email.

Wire fraud targeting real estate and 1031 exchange transactions is an increasing threat. If you receive any communication appearing to be from 1031X requesting wire transfers or financial information via email, do not respond and contact us immediately by phone to verify.

For active exchange clients: Always confirm wire instructions by calling a known, verified phone number—not a number provided in a suspicious email.

Our website may use third-party tools for scheduling, form management, and other functions. We may also link to third-party websites, resources, or content.
